There are quite a few different positive and negative moodlets that a Sim can receive for doing things that affect their body. Find out all about it with this guide to The Sims 3 body moodlets. Before you know it your Sim will be visiting the spa regularly and feeling absolutely fabulous (celebrity Sims love the spa)!
The Sims 3 Body Moodlets from Using the Day Spa
Nice Nails – lasts for 2 days and has a positive 5, 10, or 15 mood effect (higher effect the more your paid for the services). Your Sim will receive this moodlet after they visited their local Day Spa and use the “Salon.”
Smooth Skin – lasts for 2 days and has a positive 10, 20, or 30 mood effect (higher effect the more your paid for the services). Your Sim will receive this moodlet after they visited their local Day Spa and had a “Facial.”
Relaxed – lasts for 12 hours and has a positive 25, 50, or 75 mood effect (higher effect the more your paid for the services). Your Sim will receive this moodlet after they visited their local Day Spa and had a “Massage.”
Rejuvenated – lasts for 24 hours and has a positive 30, 60, or 100 mood effect (higher effect the more your paid for the services). Your Sim will receive this moodlet after they visited their local Day Spa and had a “Body Treatment.”
Completely At Ease – lasts for 7 days and has a positive 20, 40, or 75 mood effect (higher effect the more your paid for the services). Your Sim will receive this moodlet after they visited their local Day Spa and had a “Package” treatment.
The Sims 3 Body Moodlets from Working Out
Pumped – lasts for 4 hours and has a positive 15 mood effect. Your Sim will receive this moodlet after exercising for a certain length of time. This moodlet will override Exhausted and Tired moodlets.
Oddly Powerful – lasts for 5 hours and has a positive 15 mood effect. Your Sim will receive this moodlet after certain exercise opportunities.
Sore – lasts for 6 hours and has a negative 10 mood effect. Your Sim will receive this moodlet after exercising or also sometimes from the Sims 3 pregnancy.
Fatigued – lasts for 8 hours and has no mood effect. Your Sim will receive this moodlet after exercising. If your Sim receives this moodlet, they will not be able to workout again until it has ran out.
Drowning – lasts for 40 minutes and has a negative 40 mood effect. Your Sim will receive this moodlet if they swim while fatigued. If your Sim doesn’t get out of the pool in 40 minutes, they will die and become a Sims 3 ghost.
Hydrophobic – lasts for 3 hours and has a negative 20 mood effect. Your Sim will receive this moodlet if they swim and have the Hydrophobic trait.
Random The Sims 3 Body Moodlets
Itchy – lasts for 4 hours and has a negative 15 mood effect. Your Sim will receive this moodlet from an opportunity involving a “Science Experiment.” Sims that have this moodlet will occasionally scratch themselves when not doing anything.
The Sims 3 Hygiene Moodlets that Require an Expansion Pack
Bad Landing (requires The Sims 3: Ambitions) – lasts for 35 minutes and has a negative 20 mood effect. Your Sim will receive this moodlet randomly sometimes when they get off of the trampoline.
Knocked Out (requires The Sims 3: Ambitions) – lasts for 10 minutes and has a negative 25 mood effect. Your Sim will receive this moodlet randomly sometimes after they receive an Experimental Treatment (from someone in the Medical Career in The Sims 3).
Dizzy (requires The Sims 3: Ambitions) – lasts for 1 hour and has a negative 30 mood effect. Your Sim will receive this moodlet if the Harvester malfunctions.
Mugged (requires The Sims 3: Late Night) – lasts for 4 hours and has a negative 15 mood effect. Your Sim will receive this moodlet if they traveled by Subway and were mugged!
